Mix’d Media: Rugged Impressionism

7:00 – 10:00PM
Outdoor Amphitheater
FREE!

Join us en plein air a la Carl Rungius who preferred to do his painting outdoors in beautiful Rocky mountain settings just like ours! Show us your best rugged style tonight and don your rugged gear or maybe sport a handsome mountain man beard and get ready to enjoy some outdoor fun. Tonight’s festivities will feature plein air painting, and the epitome of rugged music, Bluegrass. Is Jackson already a little too rugged for you? Counter the ruggedness with the refreshingly smooth style of British artist, Simon Gudgeon with the unveiling of his sculpture Isis. His elegant sculpture is sure to dazzle you and of course his lovely British accent doesn’t hurt.

Don’t worry we won’t be feeding you dehydrated camp meals and moonshine tonight! The Rising Sage Café will be serving up some high end rugged fare and cocktails at a killer rate.

Full schedule of events available soon. Generously sponsored by Home Health for Pets, The Charles Engelhard Foundation, and Spring Creek Ranch.
