Traveling Trunk Program
The traveling trunk program is one of the more popular elements in the education department. Teachers reserve these self-contained units well in advance. Schools receive a curriculum notebook one week prior to receipt, and the teacher uses the trunk for two weeks.

For grades 2-6; required time period, 2 weeks
The contents of this trunk program will help you and your students explore and learn about the natural history, culture, art and history surrounding the American bison. The purpose of this trunk is to instill curiosity, awareness and understanding of the history of the bison in this country over the last 150 years. By exploring the contents of the trunk and its accompanying curriculum, you can help your students better understand and come to know these magnificent animals.

The contents of this trunk program will help you and your students explore and learn about the fascinating lives of many of North America's birds of prey, also known as raptors, as well as some of the problems facing these amazing birds. The purpose of this trunk and its accompanying curriculum, is to help instill curiosity, awareness, and a better understanding of some of North America's birds of prey.

The purpose of this trunk, and its accompanying curriculum, is to help instill curiosity, awareness, and a better understanding of some of the amazing and magnificent mammals that inhabit the Yellowstone ecosystem and the 14 million acres of public land around America's first National Park.
