Traveling Trunk Program
The traveling trunk program is one of the more popular elements in the education
department. Teachers reserve these self-contained units well in advance. Schools
receive a curriculum notebook one week prior to receipt, and the teacher uses the
trunk for two weeks.

For grades 2-6; required time period, 2 weeks The contents of this trunk program will help you and your students explore and learn about the natural history, culture, art and history surrounding the American bison. The purpose of this trunk is to instill curiosity, awareness and understanding of the history of the bison in this country over the last 150 years.
