Bid by Proxy
All items may be bid on by proxy. In the event you would like to bid but are unable to attend any events the week of the show, you may purchase a bid booklet and place your bids by proxy. You may also use this link to bid by proxy For information, please call the Museum at 307 732-5412.
Sealed Bid Auction
Ten pieces of artwork have been selected to be a part of the Sealed Bid Auction. These pieces are located in the Bison Gallery and are clearly noted on their label. Interested bidders should fill out a form that will be available by each piece in this section. They should fill it out and place it in the attached envelope, seal it and place it in the box next to the piece. The night of the drawing, the winning bid will be posted and announced beginning at approximately 7:30.
Intent to Purchase
Bids may be placed anytime during the week prior to Western Visions: Miniatures and More and/or at the September 13th, 5:30 p.m. reception. A person wishing to purchase artwork should place the appropriate “intent to bid” slip from their bid booklet in the numbered box corresponding to the artwork. Each slip is identified with the participant’s registration code and a number corresponding to a work of art. Please be sure the “intent to bid” slip is placed in the box that corresponds to the artwork you wish to purchase.
Only one slip per person will be allowed for each artwork. We request that individuals who place an “intent to purchase” slip in the box be prepared to purchase the piece if their name is drawn. The drawing announcement of winning purchasers begins at 7:30 p.m. on September 13th, 2007.
