Some of the most pleasant and rewarding experiences in my life happen each day as I arrive to work at the National Museum of Wildlife Art.  Long before the sun comes up, long before heavy traffic, road construction and the goals for the day overtake and consume my every thought, there is this wonderful little bit of quiet time.  This is not a time of the day you can plan for, or even take for granted, but it is a time to pay attention to your surroundings, with great anticipation.  You see, it is a bit of quiet time for the wildlife that inhabits this hillside also.  Amazing things happen up here that you might not see in a lot of other places on this planet.  This picture of an early morning fox standing quietly next to a couple of bronze coyotes, will give you pause…
