It’s a bird, it’s a plane – no, it’s a bat! You may not realize just how important bats are but they provide vital services for us and our many different environments. From pollinating to pest-control, renewal to reforestation, bats save our world one ecosystem at a time. Join Bat Conservation International in a celebration of these unsung heroes. A free presentation by Andrew Walker, the Executive Director of the Austin, a Texas based non-profit will be held at 6:00 PM in the Cook Auditorium. Following his presentation, Bats Conservation International will host a reception from 7:15 to 8:00 PM.
